As an Assay Office, our primary service is to guarantee the purity of precious metals by assaying and hallmarking articles of gold, silver, platinum and palladium in compliance with National and International regulations.

We’ve been hallmarking for more than 550 years, and our clients trust us to produce perfect hallmarks every time. Our technology and innovative approach have made us world leaders in hallmarking.

We have the equipment and systems to meet our clients’ needs and are able to apply perfect hallmarks by hand, automated press machine, or non-contact laser. We use non-destructive testing technologies, so you know your items will be returned in flawless condition.

We are committed to developing innovative new services and technologies for the emerging jewellery industry. Our award-winning distribution and third-party logistics service is designed to help our clients streamline logistics and reduce workload. The service is customisable depending on your needs as an importer or a retailer.

Full API integration allows importers to ship and track bulk or single orders through us, as we act as a true single stop between manufacturer and end customer. Goods are shipped directly to us, then hallmarked, packaged, and distributed to the end consumer – eliminating the need for extraneous stock holding processes.

Our small scale distribution service provides the same benefits for retailers who are working with smaller quantities of items.

Laser Engraving

Our laser engraving facilities apply logos, sequential numbering, and other complex engraving according to your specifications.

We can engrave in a wide range of depths and sizes. Every engraving is cleaned using a proprietry process that ensures all vaporised metals are removed.

As one of the worlds oldest consumer protection organisations, we have earned the respect and trust of consumers and jewellery businesses alike.

It puts you in control and keeps you up-to-date throughout the hallmarking process. You can be sure your order is being processed, confirm it has passed its assay test(s), see an estimated turnaround date and much more.
